Our Community Interest

As well as offering creative healthcare solutions, Attigo is a social enterprise, which means we strive to achieve a positive social impact through the work that we do.

Our main social aim is to employ people with lived experience of mental health issues who may be at a disadvantage in the labour market because of their situation.

We do this by offering flexible and empathetic working arrangements for all members of staff, taking into account individual needs. We are lucky to be able to take advantage of the expertise of our partners… to put such plans into place, as well as drawing on our understanding of the challenges faced by people with mental health issues from our own experiences, and those of the people close to us.

We are always on the lookout for talented people to join our team. Please send speculative CVs with a covering letter outlining your skills and the role you are looking for via email to mail@attigo.me and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

The Team

We’re a collaborative blend of problem solvers, storytellers and designers from a wide range of backgrounds, working together to create across media, delivering results which influence and engage.

We’re a friendly bunch too, and organise regular activities and opportunities to socialise with our colleagues.

Professional Development
We work hard to develop our staff because it pays off – it’s a no-brainer and something we take very seriously.

We are nothing without our people and so we are committed to ensuring that our working environment promotes the mental health and wellbeing of employees, clients and visitors. This also reflects our community aim of empowering and supporting people who have lived experience of mental health problems to work for us.
